About Me
Brooke’s personal training strategy is to stick to the basics while always trying to incorporate something new and unique into each workout. Brooke’s goal is not only to train you, but also to teach you how make your body work for you and how to tailor your workouts for your specific body type. She integrates her personal training and Pilates knowledge to make each workout safe, creative and challenging. Brooke strongly believes that exercise is an amazing medium for realizing ones individual potential for strength, flexibility, alignment and mind/body awareness. Most importantly, Brooke likes to keep it light and have a good time while working hard, insisting that a little laughter is present in each session.
Brooke Marrone was born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts.
